Places..Le Corbusier Tokyo

People dont realise how infused Japanese and French culture are. They have been closely intertwined since the 1800's. These are the buildings of the Tokyo museum of Western art by French architect giant Le Corbusier. The form and outlay are completely divine ! Taken while in Tokyo...

i love l corbusier...it's so cool to found those high quality buildings anywhere. it happened to me in Paris.

Speaking of which also cool is the link between Japanese architecture and Frank Lloyd Wright. He built the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo though it was later demolished due to damage... but Japanese style pervades his works
